While experience in the concrete industry is helpful, it is not mandatory to become a Cobra Crete franchise owner. An important part of being a Cobra Crete franchise owner is developing new business, managing operations, and marketing the business. Some franchise owners may prefer to hire a foreman/finisher to manage projects; in such cases both the franchise owner and foreman would be required to complete our training program. We do recommend that franchise owners get involved in the nuts and bolts of the business initially, even if they plan to hire a foreman in the future.

Cobra Crete provides new franchise owners with 10 days of in-person training at its headquarters in Sheridan, Wyoming. The first 5 days of training take place in a classroom setting, where franchise owners get access to detailed information about Cobra Crete business systems and operations. The next 5 days take place onsite at a concrete job site to introduce franchise owners to the concrete operations side of the business. Before training, franchise owners will have access to a pre-training webinar. Post-training, franchise owners will have access to regular, responsive customer support, and access to our training modules and operations manual. We provide franchise owners will the same level of attention and support as we provide for our clients.
