Find answers to frequently asked questions about Cobra Crete franchises

While experience in the concrete industry is helpful, it is not mandatory to become a Cobra Crete franchise owner. An important part of being a Cobra Crete franchise owner is developing new business, managing operations, and marketing the business. Some franchise owners may prefer to hire a foreman/finisher to manage projects; in such cases both the franchise owner and foreman would be required to complete our training program. We do recommend that franchise owners get involved in the nuts and bolts of the business initially, even if they plan to hire a foreman in the future.

At Cobra Crete, we place a high value on integrity, customer relationships, professionalism, and high quality work—we strive for excellence in our work product and don’t cut corners. Part of what sets Cobra Crete apart is our commitment to our customers: we do the concrete work ourselves and guarantee it, instead of outsourcing to third party contractors where quality may suffer. If your plans align with these values, please contact us to start a conversation.

The concrete business is highly technical and specialized. It can take years to fully grasp how the industry works and to develop efficient systems that can help to support and grow your business. At Cobra Crete, we have been part of this industry for 14 years—we know what works and what doesn’t. We provide our franchise owners with time-tested knowledge on everything from hiring employees to finding the right software, building production systems that work, and creating a marketing strategy. Starting from scratch only puts your business behind the eight ball. Get ahead of the game by building your business with our expertise, which will enable you to start strong and provide customers with an amazing concrete experience every time.

Cobra Crete provides new franchise owners with 10 days of in-person training at its headquarters in Sheridan, Wyoming. The first 5 days of training take place in a classroom setting, where franchise owners get access to detailed information about Cobra Crete business systems and operations. The next 5 days take place onsite at a concrete job site to introduce franchise owners to the concrete operations side of the business. Before training, franchise owners will have access to a pre-training webinar. Post-training, franchise owners will have access to regular, responsive customer support, and access to our training modules and operations manual. We provide franchise owners will the same level of attention and support as we provide for our clients.

To own a Cobra Crete franchise, it is required to have a minimum net worth of $150,000 and $40,000 in liquid assets. For more details about the financial requirements and fees, visit our investment section.
